RETURNS & EXCHANGES You may return any items purchased from FightCamp (joinfightcamp.com) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your last package. We do not accept returns purchased from any third party vendors. RETURNS: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Due to the size and weight of the items, as well as holiday surcharges, return shipping may cost up to $350 EXCHANGES: For exchanges, please contact FightCamp’s customer service at info@joinfightcamp.com Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping equipment back to FightCamps warehouse. FightCamp will pay the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise back to the customer FIGHTCAMP RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY COMPLETE DETAILS: -Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of the order being delivered -All products being returned must be returned in original packaging. Fightcamp reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable. -The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to FightCamp prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return -FightCamp is not responsible for lost or missing packages -Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution.
